What information must be recorded in an A&D book entry?

Each A&D acquisition entry must include: the manufacturer, importer (if applicable), model, caliber or gauge, type of firearm, and serial number. Each disposition entry must include: the transferee’s name and address (or FFL number for dealer-to-dealer transfers), and the date of disposition. Missing any of these fields is a violation.
